308 is nowhere near as good as the previous ticket locations from previous years. I am going to look for better ones from wherever I can get them.

We are 307 but very low down. I’m happy enough once we are in with a lot of Kerry supporters. We were surrounded by Tyrone supporters in the semi final. Not an experience I would like to repeat.
Great not to be searching for tickets. Season ticket best invention ever by the Gaa.

Jackiel may be able to help with the numbers but a rough estimate is as follows
Croke Park Capacity is 82,300 Terrace Capacity is 13,200 (How Dublin seem to get the bulk of these confuses the hell out of me). Seated Capacity is 69,100 (including 87? boxes) 36 Sections (probably not all equal size)
Assuming an average of 1800 seats per section (upper probably 1/3 and lower 2/3)
Six prized sections on or about mid pitch (5/6/7 on Cusack and 30/1/2 on Hogan) - about 11,000 seats that are in high demand (< 14% of available capacity).

Sorry but I'm of no help to you, I wouldn't be privy to any sort of capacity info, just a volunteer steward and my area only has 24 seats.

section 308 ROW A. Bad ticket? Good seat, right on top of the action, better seat if the day is dry........................ I thought the first three rows are blocked off to stop a pitch invasion

No the front rows are never blocked off on finals day, every seat is used. They just pull up the blue mesh afterwards.

Got my ticket today. Lower Cusack, section 303, row W. Would I be under cover from the rain?? If it's a sunny day, does the sun hit that row? Thanks in advance

W is definitely out in the elements. Worst case scenario is if you are in line with the roof line. Big drops on your head and down your back.
I was in NN before and got soaked

No pocket of fans together!!

No pocket of fans together!! In fairness, they need to do all they can to make sure the Dublin supporters are not inconvenienced in anyway. They will all be in 304, 305 and 306 together, I can guarantee you that

Just wondering - are allocation based to any degree on the percentage attendance or are they just random. Kerryboy what was your %age attendance?

Similar. I missed one league game and gave 308. Usually more central than that

Would Dub fans be looking to swap good seats for Hill tickets?

I dont know how many All Ireland finals in both codes that i have been to...maybe 30... but on only two occasions have i been to the Hogan Stand.
And those two occasions were when Kerry footballers and KK hurlers were going for 5 in a row.
So if any superstitious person wants to place me in the Hogan on sunday week i will comply!

Would Dub fans be looking to swap good seats for Hill tickets? I would say they would without a doubt - the Hill was the only place they wanted to be in ‘15, many willing to swap their stand tickets to join their fellow brethren!
